Busy Period In Store For Westies (
January 25, 2010)
Westfield begin a busy period of 4 league games in 14 days this coming Saturday following the publishing of the latest set of fixtures from the Sussex County League.
They entertain league leaders Loxwood in the first game back at the Parish Field since the fire back in September. They follow that up with the short trip to promotion chasing Sidley United on the Tuesday night.
East Preston are the next visitors to the Parish Field on the 6th February and finally Seaford Town will welcome the Westies to the Croush on following Tuesday (9th February).
So it promises to be a crucial period of the season, with the Westies tucked in nicely behind the leading teams it could make or break the Westies top three hopes.
The Reserves have two games scheduled during the same period, this Saturday they travel to Haywards Heath for a league game with a 2pm kick off, and the following Saturday again travel this time to Wealden to take on there Reserves this time with a 3pm kick off.
