Wealden take home the three points from a wet Pilot Field (

The Westies suffered yet another defeat at there adopted home yesterday when they lost 2-0 to high flying Wealden in the league.
The hosts never really got going on a wet and windy afternoon, and were lucky the damage was not worse thanks to some fine saves by Dan Foster and a missed penalty from the visitors journeyman striker come centre half Stafford Browne.
Two nil down at half time meant and up hill task in the second half, and although it was a better performance in the second period it took until 5 minutes from time for the hosts first real effort on goal when Andy Garmans shot was saved a point blank range, shortly after Lawence Brand had a header cleared of the line, but it was to little to late.
